What is Fascial Stretch Therapy?
Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a hands-on assisted stretching approach that focuses on the fascia and surrounding soft tissues to support flexibility, mobility and comfortable movement. During a session, a trained practitioner uses controlled, gentle stretching techniques based on your individual movement needs and areas of stiffness.

Jonathan Grandchamp
Jonathan Grandchamp is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Coach, and certified Stretch Coach here at RMT Movement, with over 6 years of coaching experience. In that time he’s worked with clients at every level, from complete beginners to competitive athletes, including plenty who needed training built carefully around an injury history. As a former athlete, he has experience in football, soccer, basketball, and track and field. Competing across those sports is where he learned firsthand how compound movements and proper training transfer strength and speed to your sport, and how an athlete is built over time. He’s since developed interests in other areas of movement — martial arts, gymnastics, and calisthenics — and incorporates aspects of those fields into his own training methods, with some very successful results. As a coach, his goal is to get you moving and feeling your best. He prides himself on making sure his clients understand the purpose of the movements they’re doing, whether at the gym or at home. He also believes that everyone can train like an athlete given the proper training and instruction. Whether you haven’t played a sport at all, haven’t in years, or you’re an athlete looking to increase your overall athleticism, he’s here to tell you that it’s possible — and he’d be more than happy to help you get there and have fun along the way.
