Lee is a Registered Massage Therapist and Humber College Instructor. He is skilled in a variety of treatments such as deep tissue massage, electro-acupuncture (MPS Therapy), Cupping Therapy, Sports Therapy, and Low-Level Lazer Therapy. He has devoted countless hours to educating himself on solving common injuries and educating his patients on injury prevention.

Jonathan Grandchamp is ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning coach here at RMT Movement. With over 12 years of experience as an athlete both on and off the field; playing Football, Soccer, Basketball, as well as Track and Field. As an athlete he’s experienced so many different aspects of fitness through sports by seeing what certain compound movements and training allows you to transfer your strength and overall speed to your respective sport and how you can become a better athlete overtime. He’s developed interests in other areas of training and athleticism which were in the fields of Martial Arts, Dance, Gymnastics, Calisthenics, and very recently Swimming. He’s found that by attaining a better understanding of other areas of movement he’s able to incorporate certain aspects of those fields into into his overall training methods and achieve some very successful results. As a coach his goal is to be able to get you moving and feeling your best! He prides himself in ensuring that his clients are knowledgeable and understand the purpose of the movements that they are doing whether at the gym or at home. Not only that but he does believe that everyone can train like an athlete given the proper training and instruction. Whether you haven’t played a sport at all, in years, or you’re interested in increasing your overall athleticism as an athlete; he’s here to tell you that it is possible and he would be more than happy to help you achieve those goals and have fun along the way!
