1:15 – 2:00 PM | Tools & Setup
  • Overview of hot & cold stones (basalt vs. marble)

  • Sanitation & hygiene protocols

  • Setting up equipment: warmers, coolers, linens

  • Proper handling and temperature checks

2:00 – 3:15 PM | Demonstration: Full-Body Routine
  • Step-by-step instructor demo

  • Fire & Ice flow: alternating hot/cold applications

  • Techniques for tension release, grounding, and revitalization
